As a professional makeup artist, many of the women I’ve worked with at a photoshoot or live event would say “Why can’t you do my makeup every morning?” Although I am flattered whenever I hear this, I used to be saddened by it. No matter who had (or hadn’t) taught them how to do their makeup, they didn’t feel their own skill was enough.
In 2016 I offered to coach one of my clients on what to buy (and what not to), how to use it, and how to look their best. This changed everything for them. Focusing on makeup and beauty may sound superficial to some, but most of us know, the world is quick to judge our appearance. These days, women are expected to look fabulous all the time but feel lost with how to accomplish it. That lack of confidence transfers into every aspect of your life, including your business.
When I saw how gaining those skills and feeling great about yourself actually made a tangible difference in how women entrepreneurs were showing up and moving forward, I knew I had an opportunity to drastically improve the lives and businesses of these women. Now, Executive Beauty Coaching is my main focus.
However, I’m only one person, and many people just can’t justify spending thousands of dollars to have me teach them in person. And THIS is why the Master Your Makeup course exists.
